RAKS Anytime Potatoes

These are awesome breakfast potatoes, but they are great served with any meal of the day!

2 Large Potatoes, Chopped into 1/2" Cubes
2-3 tablespoons RAKS Picnics, Patios and More
1 tablespoon Canola or Vegetable Oil
1/2 teaspoon Finely Chopped Fresh Ginger (Optional)
1 tablespoon Chopped Cilantro (Optional)

Heat oil in medium, non-stick saucepan over medium heat. Add ginger to oil, and let cook for 30 seconds, being careful not to burn ginger. Add potatoes and sprinkle RAKS Seasoning on potatoes while stirring. Cover and let cook for 15 minutes, stirring every few minutes. Uncover and continue cooking for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve potatoes topped with cilantro.
